Our 'Personal Capacity' model is built on the idea that wellbeing and high performance go hand-in-hand. We’re proud of our 90.4 median ATAR, but we’re even prouder of the resilient young adults who achieve it.

We believe wellbeing and high achievement are inseparable. Our Personal Capacity framework supports students to develop resilience, emotional intelligence and strong study habits alongside academic capability.

Senior students are known personally by their teachers and mentors. They are encouraged to take ownership of their learning, reflect on progress and build the self-discipline required for success beyond school.

Year 9 is a pivotal time in adolescent formation, characterised by specific social and learning needs. To harness this stage of growth, our innovative Connections Program moves students beyond the traditional classroom. Through four distinct week-long trips across the year, rotating through Melbourne, Minjerribah, On Country, and the Sunshine Coast hinterland, students are challenged to step outside their comfort zones. They engage in purposeful project tasks that promote self-directed learning, independence, and effective communication. These experiences often become defining moments of growth, as students rely on one another and discover their own inner strength.

Senior schooling is about more than academic study. We provide opportunities for students to grow as well-rounded individuals through music, sport programs, leadership opportunities and international service-learning experiences.

These experiences build confidence, cultural awareness, teamwork and character - qualities that universities and employers value highly.

Our goal is to build students who are not only academically capable, but globally aware, socially responsible and ready to contribute meaningfully to their communities.
