Academic Scholarships are offered to students entering Year 7 to Year 11. Successful candidates are awarded a remission of tuition fees for the duration of their Secondary education provided they meet required performance standards which will be monitored and assessed at an annual review. The percentage of remission will vary from 25% to 50% depending on the pool of applicants and scholarships available. The awarding and ongoing honouring of the Scholarships will be at the discretion of the Principal.
All Academic Scholarship applicants are required to sit an academic test. Following the testing, students will be selected to attend an interview where applicants will need to demonstrate outstanding academic endeavour, conduct and citizenship.
Students wishing to apply should register and pay the $95 application fee online and upload the following documentation to support their application, including:
- An introductory letter in student's own handwriting, stating why they would like to attend St Andrew's Anglican College (if not already enrolled) and why they make a worthy candidate for a Scholarship
- Two most recent School reports
- Copies of Certificates of Achievement including NAPLAN results
- A reference from a member of an organisation or association that the student is currently affiliated with
- Any other supporting documentation of achievements.
Applications are CLOSED for 2025 entry, no late applications will be accepted.
