Welcome to 2009 at St. Andrew's

Welcome to Term 2, 2009 - As Principal, I welcome you to St. Andrew's Anglican College on the Sunshine Coast. An Independent school where we treat all our students the same - as individuals. The website will share stories of what our students and staff are doing each and every day. The aim is to give a glimpse of what is really happening in our dynamic college, knowing there is more truth in what we actually do than what we say we do! This page enables you to see first hand that the words and phrases we express about ourselves in our promotional material are not just words - they reflect the reality that St Andrew's is a vibrant and engaging learning environment, where children are encouraged to achieve their personal best. Take the time to scroll down and see what St Andrew's students have been doing and please feel free to read my welcome through the following link.|read more|

St. Andrew's Anglican College U12 Rugby team mixed it with the best Rugby schools in Australia last weekend at the The Armidale School Rugby Festival in Armidale. It was a wonderful carnival with over 35 teams from all over Australia. The highlight was when current Wallbay coach, Robbie Deans, watched one of the St. Andrew's games and delivered the post game team talk to team. He commented to the players on how impressed he was with the team and how he enjoyed watching the 'nuts and bolts' of the team work together. The players loved the high level of competition against the many schools.
