POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE

 

Administration Assistant – Print Room & Resources

The College is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant (Print Room & Resources), to fulfil a full time, Term-time contract position (38 hours per week) from Term 2, 2015.

 

Candidate Profile

The person will have excellent organisation and communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, would be highly desirable.

 

Primary Objectives:

  • To provide ongoing assistance and administrative support to teaching and administrative staff.
  • To coordinate the operation of the Print and Resource Room to ensure a high level of customer service to the College community.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
  • Intermediate level skills using computer based applications including the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel), TASS (as applicable) and the College's intranet, email systems.
  • Ability to coordinate a busy print room environment to support a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to be pro-active in undertaking administrative tasks as required.
  • Proficiency in all areas of general office administration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
