POSITIONS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Administration Assistant – Print Room & Resources
The College is seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant (Print Room & Resources), to fulfil a full time, Term-time contract position (38 hours per week) from Term 2, 2015.
The person will have excellent organisation and communication skills, previous experience in a similar role, would be highly desirable.
- To provide ongoing assistance and administrative support to teaching and administrative staff.
- To coordinate the operation of the Print and Resource Room to ensure a high level of customer service to the College community.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Proven ability to work as a constructive member of a team with a professional, courteous manner.
- Intermediate level skills using computer based applications including the MS Office Suite (Word and Excel), TASS (as applicable) and the College's intranet, email systems.
- Ability to coordinate a busy print room environment to support a high level of customer service.
- Ability to be pro-active in undertaking administrative tasks as required.
- Proficiency in all areas of general office administration.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
